Our team offered free health screenings such as glucose and cholesterol tests.

Dr. Shamala K. Rajalingam, our Consultant Physician & Rheumatologist, shared insights on ‘Joint Pain in The Golden Years.’ to the attendees. Joint pain in older adults is often caused by conditions like arthritis and osteoporosis, leading to stiffness and limited movement. Treatment includes medication, therapy, lifestyle changes, and good nutrition to ease symptoms and enhance joint health.
